- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. With the exception of this Wells Fargo, I've never been in a position at a bank where the words "worst customer service over ever experienced in my life" would have to leave my mouth in front of the offending banker and (thinks he's handsome and sly) branch manager. Even the branch manager said I would be getting a call about my "experience" and, low and behold, I'm still waiting 9 months later. Wells Fargo needs to clean house. This branch, in particular, is a total 180 from the branch on SM Pkwy. Take your business anywhere else.By Adam Johnson, November 25, 2016
