    I would give them a 0 if I could. We used their cash advance services after using the Santa Fe branch for a short period and they only waited 2 business days before withdrawing money from my account. From what the Santa Fe location told me, they aren't even allowed to do that until they are sure I am not reachable. They caused me fees from my bank that could have been avoided if they waited a couple more days. I am a good customer and hadn't had the chance to call them back yet. I will never be back, I feel really disrespected.
